Processing and Shipping 

Orders placed before 5pm will be processed same day . Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day. 

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and shipped same day. All orders will arrive within 1-3 business days . 

RENELL AND RENAE  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER OF THE PACKAGE TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION. RENELL AND RENAE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY PACKAGES.
